Facility Rental Inquiry

Liberty Pentecostal Church may make its facilities available for approved rentals when not in use for church services, ministries, programs, or events. Priority is given to ministries, charities, and organizations whose activities align with the Church’s mission, values, and charitable purposes.

All rental requests are subject to approval by Liberty Pentecostal Church. As a Christian place of worship, the Church reserves the right to decline any rental request where the proposed use, conduct, or activities are inconsistent with the beliefs, values, or practices of the Church.

Available Rental Spaces

  • Main Auditorium – maximum seating 400
  • Fellowship Hall – maximum seating 100
  • Gym – maximum capacity 150
  • Café / Lobby – maximum capacity 40
  • Pre-school Room – maximum capacity 30
  • Youth Room – maximum capacity 30
  • Small Classrooms / Boardroom – maximum capacity 15 each
  • Kitchen use may be available with prior approval
  • Parking Lot – 126 lined parking spaces

Important Rental Information

  • All rentals require prior approval from Liberty Pentecostal Church.
  • Facility access is limited to the approved rental time.
  • Entry is permitted no earlier than 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
  • A responsible adult, 21 years of age or older, must be present for the entire event.
  • Smoking, vaping, alcohol, cannabis, illegal drugs, gambling, and unlawful activities are strictly prohibited on Church property.
  • Pets are not permitted, except certified service animals.
  • Food and beverages require prior approval.
  • Use of sound, media, lighting, or Church equipment requires prior approval and authorized personnel.

Fees, Deposits & Insurance

Rental fees are based on the spaces requested, length of rental, custodial needs, technical requirements, and support personnel. A minimum rental fee of $200 applies.

  • A $200 security deposit is required for all facility rentals.
  • A non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the total rental cost is required at the time of booking to secure the date.
  • A non-refundable $75 cleaning fee applies unless otherwise stated.
  • Proof of insurance is required, showing a minimum of $2,000,000 General Liability, including Tenant’s Legal Liability.
  • Liberty Pentecostal Church must be named as an Additional Insured.
