Born and raised in Scarborough, Pastor Andrew Asare grew up in the church and developed a strong
foundation of faith from an early age. As a teenager, he felt a clear call to pastoral ministry during a mission trip to Panama, a moment that marked the beginning of his journey into full-time ministry.
He is passionate about helping people move from explanations about Jesus to encounters with Jesus. His favorite verse, John 17:3, reminds him that eternal life is found in truly knowing God and this call is extended to everyone.
Pastor Andrew has been married to his wife, Erin, since 2006, and together they have two wonderful sons, Matthew and Nathan. Outside of ministry, he enjoys drumming, recreational golf, and proudly holds the title of chicken wing connoisseur.
When you walk through the doors at Liberty, his greatest hope is that you immediately feel like you’re home (embraced, welcomed, and known).
